x365 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between x365 and each player who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the x365 platform available at x365.ws ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all games, betting markets, bonuses, promotions, VIP programmes, payment transactions, and customer support interactions offered by x365.

By completing the registration process and creating an x365 account, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies referenced within them, including the x365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

x365 reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform, suspend your account, or void any bets and transactions if you breach any provision of these Terms.

To register and use x365, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. x365 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, bet, or claim any bonus or promotion.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative of any organisation, syndicate, or professional betting operation.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by x365 or by your own request through the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.
• You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily without any form of undue influence or impairment at the time of placing bets or making financial transactions.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

x365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending the completion of verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the x365 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where x365 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, any balances may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

During registration you will be required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Valid mobile phone number for account verification and two-factor authentication.
• Preferred deposit method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card details as applicable).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x365 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. x365 will never contact you requesting your password. Any bet placed, deposit made, or action taken under your account credentials while your account is active is deemed to have been made by you, and x365 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

x365 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that there are reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being operated in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

x365 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your x365 account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. x365 imposes minimum and maximum deposit limits that are published on the deposit page within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted for individual accounts at x365's discretion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the identity and age verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and VIP tier. Platinum and Black Diamond VIP tier members benefit from priority and instant withdrawal processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are published in the account dashboard.
• x365 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). x365 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

No Fees: x365 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, for which x365 accepts no responsibility.

x365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum bonus amounts.

The following general rules apply to all x365 bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the requirement must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• x365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require.
• The use of bonus funds to place bets that have a combined outcome probability designed to exploit promotional mechanics ("bonus abuse") is prohibited. x365 may void such bets and confiscate associated winnings.
• All bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Players who x365 reasonably suspects are participating in a coordinated group strategy to extract bonus value will have their bonus eligibility permanently revoked.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and other cultural occasions in Bangladesh may have additional specific terms that are published alongside those promotions.

All bets placed on x365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published on the relevant game or betting page. The following general principles apply across all x365 betting and gaming products:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the x365 system. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not considered placed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market and game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted for individual accounts or market conditions at x365's discretion.
• Void Bets: x365 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a system error, data feed error, or an obvious pricing error that would not reflect the true market value of the event. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets on cricket, football, and other markets are subject to real-time odds updates. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are not guaranteed to be available by the time the bet request is processed. If the odds change materially before confirmation, x365 may offer the bet at the updated odds or decline the bet entirely.
• Integrity: x365 takes the integrity of all sports and games seriously. Any player found to be in possession of insider information at the time of placing a bet, or found to have influenced the outcome of any event on which they have placed a bet, will have their account permanently suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Casino Games: All casino games offered on x365, including slots, live dealer tables, and table games, use certified random number generation (RNG) provided by audited third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are published within each game's information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x365 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or operating more than one x365 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in any communication with x365.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the Platform in a way that is not through the standard, human-operated interface.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering or financial fraud through x365 deposits, wagers, or withdrawals.
• Chargebacks — initiating an unjustified chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction through your payment provider.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the Platform for financial gain.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with any x365 system, database, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in any behaviour towards x365 staff or other players that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing.

x365 employs real-time transaction monitoring, fraud detection systems, and third-party verification partners to identify and investigate prohibited conduct. Players who are the subject of a prohibited conduct investigation may have their accounts restricted without prior notice until the investigation is complete.

All content on the x365 Platform, including but not limited to the x365 brand name, logo, website design, graphical assets, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of x365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x365 Platform solely for their own personal and recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any x365 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any x365 software.
• Using the x365 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on x365 content or platform design.

Any unauthorised use of x365 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account access and may result in legal action.

x365 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players. The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by the x365 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering on x365 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of your data with payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, live scores, or event statistics displayed on the Platform, which are provided by third-party data providers.

x365's total aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents giving rise to a claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude x365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

x365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, x365 will provide reasonable advance notice to affected players via the email address registered to their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Your continued use of the x365 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any bets placed and transactions completed prior to the effective date of an amendment will be settled under the Terms that were in effect at the time those bets were placed.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of x365's online gaming platform.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. x365 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will cooperate fully with any mediation process.

The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
